Refund Policy

At GrowLiker, we strive to provide high-quality social media marketing services. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. General Policy

All payments made on GrowLiker are generally non-refundable. Once funds are added to your account balance or an order is completed, refunds are not provided.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Orders that cannot be delivered due to technical or system issues.
  • Services that become unavailable unexpectedly.
  • Partially completed orders that fail to reach the promised quantity or service level.

3. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be credited to the customer’s GrowLiker account balance by default. If an order is cancelled or cannot be completed due to service-related issues, 100% of the refundable amount will be returned to the customer’s GrowLiker wallet balance.

If a customer chooses to withdraw their available balance instead of keeping it in their GrowLiker account, the refund will be processed through an available payment method such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Binance, or another supported payment method.

For withdrawals requested without any service-related issue or valid refund reason, a 50% processing/refund deduction will apply. This means the customer will receive 50% of the eligible amount, while the remaining 50% will be retained as a processing/withdrawal fee.

Example: If the eligible refund amount is $10 and the customer requests the money to be withdrawn instead of keeping it in their GrowLiker wallet, the customer will receive $5.

Important: Keeping the refund in the GrowLiker wallet is always the preferred option and allows the customer to receive 100% of the eligible refund amount.

4. Refill & Service Guarantees

Some services include a refill or guarantee period. Drops or lost engagement during this period may be refilled instead of issuing a cash refund.
